FREE inspection & quote

During business hours we try to answer every phone call live. If we're too busy and you leave a message or send us your request online, we typically respond within 10 minutes.


We'll schedule a site visit to conduct an inspection and talk about your priorities. Typical turn-around on a commercial quote is 1-5 days depending on complexity

Scope and Contract

Once you've reviewed the quote, it's time to figure out which options are the best for your scenario. We'll provide you with system details, samples, warranty information - whatever you need to make an informed and smart business decision.

Our quotes are digital and easy to sign online.


Along with signature, we'll need a 25% deposit to secure materials and get the job on the schedule. And to fund our donut habit so the crew is ready to roll when the job starts

Schedule and Fulfill

Typically, we can get most installations scheduled within 3-6 weeks. We’ll develop plans with you for things such as staging our equipment and materials, protecting your facility and operations during the project, final inspections, and timeline.


There might be some back-and-forth depending on the weather. We can handle a lot, but the weather is one thing we haven't mastered yet.


Once we start a project, we stick to it until it's complete. No bouncing around to other jobs and delaying yours!

Final Inspection

Depending on which warranty you choose, we may have a manufacturer's rep show up to inspect our work.


But before they show up, we're already doing our own quality control check. Going over not only the roof system, poking, prodding and prying to make sure everything is 100% - we also check the grounds for clean-up, put things back if they were moved, and leave the place better than we found it.


And then, of course, we will issue your final invoice and ask that you pay it according to the terms and leave us a review!
