As co-owner and CEO at Joyland, John's years of on-the-job experience help him keep our focus on what really matters to customers. He's done it all - from replacing shingles or slate to installing windows and doors. He's passed rigorous state licensing and manufacturer exams, and holds industry certifications and sets a high standard for excellence in the home improvement world.
Kevin O' Connell - President
Kevin's leadership skills as a co-owner and President at Joyland serve our customers well. He's spent years as a crew member and job foreman on home improvement projects, so he knows what it takes to get a job from start to finish quickly and seamlessly. Kevin oversees the operations of the business and keeps everybody focused on delivering value to our customers.

Do certifications need to be renewed?
Some of our certifications require annual training minimums are maintained, such as GAF's Master Elite certification. Our employees must log manufacturer training hours which enables the certification to be renewed.
