Human Resources Manager

Vickie is Joyland’s HR Manager, helping new employees get started, answering questions about pay and benefits, and making sure everyone on the team feels supported. She also helps keep day to day operations running smoothly with solid processes and clear communication.

Outside of work, she loves camping, traveling to Florida, and spending time with her husband, grandkids, and great grandchild. She’s active in dog rescue, spoils her rescue pups, and serves at Thrive Community Church as part of the Vision Committee.
