Mastic Ovation Siding Replacement

This Lancaster home received a complete siding replacement, starting with the removal of all existing exterior materials. New house wrap was installed over the insulation board with fully taped seams and flashing around windows and doors. The upgrade included Mastic Ovation Double 4 siding in Harbor Grey, along with new J channel, starter strip, undersill trim, inside and outside corners, light mounts, and dryer vents. Aluminum fascia was replaced in all specified side and rear areas in matching white to maintain the original layout.
