Kurt is our Sales Manager, but titles don’t really do him justice. He grew up in Vermont and brought that classic New England craftsmanship with him when he joined Joyland. The man has worked on just about every part of a home you can think of — foundations, trim, trusses, roofing — you name it. If it’s part of a house, Kurt has probably built it, fixed it, or improved it.

That hands-on experience gives him a rare advantage. He doesn’t just sell roofing or repairs, he understands how every piece fits together. That’s why he oversees our repair, masonry and gutter teams while still jumping in as a sales consultant for residential replacements. Being plugged into so many areas lets him pass on real knowledge to the crews and keep projects running smoothly from the first conversation to the final cleanup.



Outside of work, Kurt stays grounded in his faith and loves finding practical ways to live it out day to day. At home, he and his wife have four kids and a never ending list of projects. Whether they’re renovating something, building something, or crafting gifts for people they care about, there’s always a new idea taking shape in their house.
