Kevin isn’t just the president of Joyland Roofing, he’s the guy who will spot a problem across the room before anyone else has even noticed something’s off. After nearly two decades in the residential construction world, he’s basically built a career out of helping homeowners and coworkers escape headaches before they happen.

He thinks in blueprints and solutions, and he’s annoyingly good at both. If there’s a process that could be better, faster, clearer or smarter, Kevin’s already sketching the upgrade in his head. And because he’s a straight shooter, he has a way of explaining things that makes everyone say “Oh… that actually makes sense.”

Leading the company doesn’t stop him from investing in the people around him. Kevin pours time into his team and pushes them to grow, learn and level up. Joyland’s reputation for being quick, clear and competent comes from that obsession with doing things the right way.

When he finally steps away from work, he’s usually tinkering, cooking, running or otherwise refusing to sit still. It's just how he’s wired.
