John Esh

Owner/CEO

John Esh is the CEO and second-generation owner of Joyland Roofing, a locally-grown company serving Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1991.


Having grown up in the family business—transitioning from the ground cleanup crew to a Master Certified installer—John has spent over 25 years obsessing over one goal: removing the "fear factor" from home improvements through radical transparency and education.


He's a member of the Lancaster and West Chester Chambers of Commerce, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, holds a Contractor's license in Pennsylvania (PA124258) and Maryland (#137952), and has commercial and residential roofing certificates from GAF (ME27586) and other roofing manufacturers.
