Jason is one of those rare people who can walk into a room and instantly put everyone at ease. He listens first, talks second, and somehow understands people better than they expect. Before stepping into sales, he spent years as a crew foreman working on just about every kind of roof you can imagine.

When he speaks up, the room pays attention because he’s been on the shingles, in the rafters, and inside the mess enough times to know what really matters. He gets how houses are built because he’s built them. He’s also trained up the right way. Jason has completed multiple courses with industry leaders like GAF, Mule-Hide, and ABC, and he carries his OSHA 10 certification just like all our foremen and supervisors

Roofing isn’t exactly a gentle hobby, so knowing how to keep people safe isn’t optional, it’s essential.

When work wraps up, Jason and his wife Rebekah pour their energy into their kids, Alex, Megan, and Judah. Whether they’re out exploring, running around the house, or tackling projects in their 2022 fixer-upper, there’s always something happening. They’re living the home improvement life right alongside the homeowners they help.
