James Hardie Siding and Exterior Transformation

This Boiling Springs home received a full siding replacement that started with removing the failing aluminum materials across the house. We installed new house wrap, rebuilt two garage walls with fresh 15/32 inch plywood sheathing, and upgraded the exterior with James Hardie fiber cement plank siding, Hardie straight edge shingle siding, and Hardie plank siding on the front dormer. Multiple trim sizes were replaced, new solid aluminum soffit and fascia were installed at the damaged front eave, and a new seamless 5K gutter with Gutter Xtreme cover was added. The project also included eleven sets of new shutters and four new gable vents for a complete, refreshed exterior.
