What We Delivered

 A complete roof replacement built around GAF’s full Golden Pledge system, giving the home a fresh, durable roofing system from the deck up. Old materials were removed, the roof was fully protected with WeatherWatch and TigerPaw underlayments, and new components like aluminum drip edge, premium starter shingles, Snow Country ridge vent, TimberTex caps, pipe boots, step and headwall flashing, and a new Velux flashing kit were installed exactly to spec. The chimney received new flashing with ice and water protection, and the water deflector was rebuilt as shown in the inspection photos. With both the shingle and rubber roofing areas replaced, the home now has a fully updated system designed for long term performance, wind resistance, and leak protection.
