Caleb O'Connell

Roofing Consultant

Caleb O’Connell is a salesman, but he’s basically grown up at Joyland. This was his first job right out of high school back in 2015, and over the years he’s learned roofing from the inside out. Customers pepper him with questions about ventilation, roof lifespan, and what’s actually going on with the exterior of their home, and he loves being able to put together a system that fits exactly what they need.

Caleb breaks his job into three big responsibilities. First, he listens to what the homeowner wants and figures out what they truly need. Second, he makes sure the right products and setup are chosen for the house. That includes attic inspections, ventilation checks, and a full game plan to protect the property. Tearing off a roof is not a gentle process, so he puts a lot of thought into preventing damage to landscaping, decking, and anything else nearby. The third piece is the final inspection, where he walks the whole site to make sure everything’s installed correctly, the nails and trash are gone, and the customer feels completely confident before the job is invoiced.

He’s all about being thorough at the beginning, careful in the middle, and meticulous at the end. Roofing isn’t cheap, so Caleb makes sure the final product is solid and the homeowner gets exactly what they’re paying for.
