If only a shingle or two is missing, and the roof is only 5-15 years old, then we’ll diagnose the issue and suggest a repair. If the roof is 20+ years old, then it’s probably time to think about replacing it.
The most common signs of a roof leak are drips and stains; invisible leaks can form for years before you notice them.
If you have a multi-story house, and the leak is on any floor other than the top, double check to see whether there are any pipes or drains in the ceiling which might be cracked or leaking condensation.
We are expert leak finders. Contact us to schedule a repair diagnosis for $195.

“Steve and Team have taken care of our home on several occasions. The are responsive, quick, professional and fairly priced. We recently moved into a new home, and they inspected the roof, and only took care of what needed to be repaired. At our previous home, a small leak appeared after a recent repair, and they quickly came out and fixed two small nail holes that had been overlooked and did not charge for the visit. I highly recommend them.” – Heather Andrews (Google review)
We recommend that you have someone inspect your roof every 3-5 years to ensure that any potential leak spots are repaired before you end up with expensive interior repair work.
While we’re at your place, we can also clean and inspect your gutters.
If you have a shingle roof that’s 15-20 years old, and there are pipes going up through the roof, you may want to schedule an inspection of the pipe flashing. Many contractors used pipe boots which do not last as long as the shingles, resulting in water running down the pipes and into the house. We have a quick, easy solution for this by installing a rubber gasket over the existing flashing, which will extend the life of the pipe boot to match that of the roof shingles.
Call us at 717-459-3499 or contact us online. We’ll schedule a time to diagnose your leak problem, discuss the options with you, and either fix it right away or propose a date to do so.
If it’s bigger than just a repair, we will provide you with a price quote for replacement.
